5. During the tailor welding, it is necessary to ensure that the smooth surface is flat, and the spot cannot be spot welded at the female corner. For the work after tailor welding, the product size, angle, and diagonal line should be checked before the welding is added.

6. The welding process is different according to each master's technique. Be sure to distinguish between the smooth surface to avoid the occurrence of defective products caused by the fire on the bottom line or the glossy surface at the negative angle. The entire welding process needs to consider thermal deformation and welding bead. No pores, no cracks after grinding, do not expose the welding slag to the bottom, affecting the level of installation. Inner spot welding should pay attention to where the mill can cut.

Medium grinding: The roughened workpiece needs to be ground and leveled. The methods include flocking plates and flocking pieces for processing. The flocking plates or flocking pieces (80 # or 120 #) must cover the front wear marks by the rear grinding.

Fine grinding: This process is the end of the entire production process. The 320 # or 400 # grinding discs have a different grinding method than the previous two, and it should be noted that the edge angle of the workpiece must be straight and the safety angle The inner corner of the female file is straight.

9. After grinding, the workpiece should be self-inspected, and it can be sent to the next process after confirmation. (Brushed or polished)
