2. Start the polishing motor, use the power of the motor shaft to rotate and install the polishing wheel, and then apply the polishing wax to the polishing wheel after tightening, so that you can start polishing.


3. Check the appearance of the product before polishing, and visually inspect the workpiece transferred to the polishing process on the previous pass, such as whether the weld has leaks, welding penetration, uneven depth of the welding point, too far from the joint, partial depression, but uneven joining, Are there any deep scratches, bumps, severe deformations and other defects that cannot be remedied in this process, and if there are any of the above defects, they should be returned to the previous process for repair. If there is no such defect, proceed to this polishing process.


4. The first step is rough polishing. Rough polishing is to throw away the file marks, pincer marks, burrs and the black oxide layer left by the welding on the surface of the stainless steel metal bracket, and try to throw it as smooth, coordinated and smooth as possible. Make lines smooth. However, you should not use too much force or polish too much. If you leave a depression on the surface of the metal bracket, it will be difficult to restore its appearance. Rough polishing is the basis of medium polishing and fine polishing. If it fails to meet the requirements, it will affect the subsequent polishing and directly affect the product quality.


5. Polishing has certain skills. The polishing method of the polishing operator will also affect the polishing quality. If the polishing operation method is incorrect, it is impossible to throw the product. Generally speaking, when polishing, try to make the product parallel to the polishing wheel, hold the product with both hands and move the wheel from top to bottom. If the polishing method is not correct, the polished product can be easily ejected from the high-speed flying polishing wheel. During polishing, it is necessary to prevent jumping polishing and uneven lightness. If the jumping phenomenon occurs, it may be that the polishing wheel is not on the axis, or the polishing wheel is not round. It is more likely to be a gesture problem, find out the cause, and solve the problem.


6. Any stainless steel product must be finely polished after rough polishing, so that the surface finish of stainless steel products is stronger. Fine polishing is further polished on the basis of coarse and medium polishing, so that the surface of stainless steel products is smoother and smoother, and achieves mirror reflection. effect. However, the polishing frictional contact surface is small, and the polishing is not only with less force but also with even force. Polished products should have mirror-like surfaces.


7. The polishing method is basically the same as the waxing method, except that the wool in the waxing is replaced by the cloth wheel in the polishing. Polishing is the last process in the whole polishing. Make sure that the workpiece will not damage the mirror surface after polishing, otherwise the previous work will be abandoned.


8. The polishing method is to install the cloth wheel directly on the high-speed motor to achieve high-speed rotation. Wipe the surface of the workpiece to wipe off the dirt and attached blue wax on the workpiece to achieve the purpose of polishing! In the actual polishing, it is often accompanied by grinding powder. The grinding powder can remove the oily substance Daqing wax. Its main role in polishing is to easily remove the blue wax adhered to the workpiece. Without grinding powder, the large green wax on the surface of the workpiece will be difficult to remove, and it will easily stick to other places, affecting the appearance of other places.


9. In order to obtain the brightness of the workpiece conforming to the requirements of the mirror surface, the clean status of the cloth wheel is particularly important. In actual production, the cloth wheel needs to be replaced in time according to the specific situation.


10. During the polishing process, it is necessary to control the pressure on the workpiece. The excessive pressure of the wool wheel to grind off the protective film is too large. It may even damage the workpiece and damage the original mirror effect of the workpiece.


11. During the operation, the operator should always carry out safety inspections on the polishing machine. Once the grinding wheel, hemp wheel or cloth wheel and the motor connecting rod are found to be loose, they should stop working immediately and wait for adjustments before they can work.


12. When replacing the grinding wheel, hemp wheel or cloth wheel, the power should be turned off. After the replacement, the machine should be checked for normal operation, and it can work only after confirming that it is normal.


13. If abnormality is found in the polishing machine during work, such as when the motor stops or rotates slowly, you should immediately cut off the power for maintenance or replace the polishing machine.


14. After the work is completed, cut off the power of the polishing machine and clean up the work site. After long-term use of the machine, the lubricant in the motor bearings should be replaced in time.
